The most bustling floors of the ISC Eluvio are the Shopping Centre, full of businesses which remain open throughout the duration of the planetside mission. Should your character find themselves in need of goods or services, this is where they will find them!

In this store one can find fine attire for gentlemen and ladies who don't want to wear just the provided uniform. Lando certainly isn't wearing the jumpsuit, dressed instead in a dashing blue cape and camel colored trousers and vest. He's here to be your sales associate, with answers to all your questions and a handy dandy measuring tape should you need to be fitted for a garment.

Retail was never an avenue he pursued back home, but he takes to it with a graceful ease, approaching new customers with a cheerful, "Can I help you find anything today?"

According to some people, whose judgement Goku honestly questions, he needs more than one outfit. So today Goku is wandering around from store to store, trying to find something interesting. Cut Above The Rest looks a little too fancy for him, with his ratty jeans and spiky shoulder pads, but this guy-

"Hey, you've got a cape!" Just like him! Okay, maybe a little more boring than his bright orange one, but still a step in the right direction! "I want something really cool to wear, can ya help with that?"

The kid certainly doesn't strike the figure of Cut Above's usual clientele, but who is Lando to judge? One of his best friend walks around with a sidekick who wears nothing but fur and a bandolier!

Lando smiles in greeting, ushering the young man over to the outerwear section. "If you like capes, we've got a wide selection here. From stylish indoor ones to thicker outerwear capes to shield you from the worst planetside storms!"
