WHAT: Tony doesn't trust anyone, Clary is also missing time, and Bones just gets roped into shit because apparently he is a trustworthy doctor or something.

It takes Tony a few days to set it all up, between working on his AI and the gaps in her memory and going through the network posts trying to line up all the gaps in his own memory. But eventually, Tony gets a hold of McCoy on the Enterprise and asks (far more nicely than he might usually ask, in all honesty, he doesn't really want a repeat of the first time) about coming over to the ship to have McCoy check out the state of his head.
And, while they are at it, Clary's as well. Because apparently, he wasn't the only one suffering from strange head traumas and missing time and bullshit lies from the crew members of the ship, though the redhead was missing a lot more than Tony, as far as he could tell.
So, after meeting up with Clary, they head to the hanger bay. Usually, Tony would just take his suit out to the ship, but, well, a squishy human with no high-tech suit made that a little more difficult, so they were waiting for the Enterprise to hail them and get them aboard. It makes Tony fidgety, to say the least. He is still wearing the armour, but it is completely cloaked, making it look like he is just in the standard Eluvio bullshit, he refuses to leave it behind now, not after what has gone on.
That, and he is a paranoid bastard.
Casting a sidelong glance at the redhead, Tony rocks back on his heels as they wait.
"You find anything else weird as fuck since we last talked at all, Red?"

Head injury.
Those seemed to be going around a lot lately. And nothin' to mess around with either. So in the end he agreed. And now that it was all arranged, Leonard found himself standing in the docking bay complete with the computer sassin' him about how to do the procedures to let someone arrive. "Damn computer, I'm a doctor! Not some engineer!"
Growling lightly at her sassy remark about what he should do, he looked back to his communicator. "Ready on this end. The captain's been workin' on gettin' the ship back in workin' order, so we'll have to do this the old fashioned way. I would just like to put out a disclaimer that I am a doctor and not good at this shit. In any case, head on over. I'll let ya in."

This whole thing has her really on edge. If she were at home, she'd worry that something had happened with a demon. Any number of bad things, but here she's not really sure what kind of enemies to worry about in space. What really gets her is knowing that so many people may have died from what attacked her and Tony. So why didn't thtey die?
Yet as McCoy answers back, she can't help but bite her lip a bit. "Old fashioned way?"
She looks up at Tony for a little guidance. "So uh... what exactly is the Old Fashioned Way?"

And then, of course, there was no other way to get over to the ship. Of course.
"Thanks for that vote of confidence there, McCoy. I am sending Clary over first, the suit will come back to get me once she is safe with you, should be about two minutes I would say, we clear?" He doesn't add any sass about how at least he is asking to come aboard this time, about how he was perfectly civil last time once they told him how things roll on their ship.
Not that Tony really waits to hear what McCoy is saying before he lets the armour turn red and gold and disassemble around him. It hovers between him and Clary, waiting, as he turns to the redhead with a grin on his face.
"So, the old fashioned way means that you get a trip in my fancy armour here. Uh, you're not claustrophobic are you?" That... was probably something he should have asked beforehand honestly. "I mean, not that it is really cloying I find, but like-- yeah. Um, you okay with that, Red?"
