WHAT: Eichi is exploring the ship and doing a little work too

A. Mall Trip

[This is before he's had the chance to visit a mall back home, so when Eichi first arrives in the shopping centre, he can be found looking around like an amazed child. His eyes are sparkling, he's got a hand at his head to try and see further, and he's not even sure where to start!

So this is what they call a shopping mall, is that it? What a large place, and it looks like it's made to look even more spacious, despite being contained in this little ship.]

[Voices everywhere, lively in every direction. How exciting! Ah, but where should he start? There's so much to look at, he doesn't even know where to begin. Food, tea, toys, specialty stores... He has to get to work in here somewhere, eventually, but he has some time to look around. But he'll have to be careful not to get lost. He guesses the best way would be to find his work place, and then walk around from there.

So, he approaches the first person he sees for assistance.]

B. Tea Time

[When he's not wandering around like a child in a candy store, Eichi can be found sitting in the atrium with his own little picnic. He's set up on the grass near some flowers, a teapot in the center and his own teacup in his hands. But it seems he has extras set up. It almost looks like he's expecting company.

Until he looks over to whoever might be passing by, at least.]

[He talks so much that he barely allows for an answer in between this barrage of questions and comments.]

C. Everyone Loves Bunnies

[Honestly, the costume he has to wear to be "Peter Cottontail" in this restaurant is on the line between cute and creepy. The x for a mouth is probably what does it. Eichi being inside definitely doesn't help.

His job, for today at least, is to stand outside of the restaurant and advertise. So, here he is in full costume, waving his arms this way and that. It's all very unassuming until he takes the chance to lean over a strange's shoulder from behind in this full bunny suit, peering at whatever they're doing. Checking their wrist communicator? Looking around the mall? Well, now there's a bunny in their space.]

[Aren't mascots supposed to be silent... It comes out all muffled.]

[ she downs the rest of her tea, drinking it straight out of stress. ]

But I do hope you enjoy life! If there's anything I can do to help you, please let me know!

[A sweet girl, she's nice. He really doesn't intend to go to the medbay very much at all, so he'll be careful...! But the truth of the matter is, he'll probably be there so regularly everyone will know his name.]

Enjoying tea by the flowers is my favorite thing, so your company right now is plenty soothing.

Then, I'll be glad to accompany you whenever you wish to have tea and cookies here at the atrium.

[ she gives him a determined nod. they're friends now!!!! ]

Really? [Eichi sounds pleased about that, in that mellow voice of his.]

Fufu, how kind of you. That lightens my mood completely. I feel as if a weight has been lifted from my very soul... You see, drinking tea has always been something I do to relax and enjoy myself, so to have that comfort here is wonderful. Let's meet as often as we can here and we can speak about our days. How does that sound?

[ miyuki's smile is so bright, truly delighted to be acquainted with eichi now. ]

I can even cook some snacks. Do you have any preference? Hopefully they're native to my world.

For me? Would you really? That's so sweet of you, Miyuki. [He likes to jump immediately to first name basis...] I'd be thrilled to try any of your snacks. To be honest, my tastes are a little high class due to my upbringing, but nothing beats a homemade treat. I'd love anything that you were to prepare, I'm sure.

[ she doesn't mind being called by her first name at all. everybody does, anyway. ]

Oh, my. It looks like I have certain standards to meet. [ she covers her mouth as she laughs. ] But please do not worry.

[ she's pretty high class too, despite how normal she looks. ]

Then you're confident in your snack making? How great. In that case, I hope you'll wow me with flavor.

[He's teasing just a little, it's fun!!] I'll be happy no matter what, since they'll be snacks made especially for our little meetings.

I always tried to make delicious snacks for my brother so he can like me better.

[ she giggles at that, her cheeks even flushing a bit as she's reminded of her brother. this is embarrassing... i'm sorry she's a brocon. ]

[Good thing he's already used to the bro side of this with their siscons... He knows some...]
